Laura Nightingale, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and team leader, has worked with The Olear Team since 2002. In addition to earning a senior real estate specialist (SRES) designation, she has taken advanced course work in architectural design, property disclosure and fair housing law.

A Buffalo native, Laura grew up in North Tonawanda before moving to Kenmore while attending school at Buffalo State College. Shortly after graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she moved to Tonawanda and still resides there today.

Laura has a strong work ethic, a deep sense of compassion for others and well-developed listening skills. Her expert knowledge and attention to detail makes her easy to work with when you are purchasing or selling your home. For Laura, one of the greatest rewards, while working in this field, is the lifelong friendships she has created with her clients.
